What are you going to do in this role?

For a (international) commercial medical supply company we are looking for a Customer Service Representative, main languages Danish and English. The Backoffice Representative is responsible for the daily execution of the supply chain activities within the region.

This company, located in Utrecht-west, develops medical supplys, therapies and services for patients who suffer from chronical illness or life threatening diseases. These products and services are being delivered to hospitals, healtcare institutions and to the patients homes. Together with your back office collegues you are responsible for the right order processing, in this case to the scandanavian market. In this critical role the Customer Service Representative needs to collaborate to all relevant stakeholders such as Planning/ Warehousing/ Sales and Customer Service Front Office Teams to create a very reliable and consistent great customer experience every single day.

The backoffe department consists of 15 persons, so the team is relatively small and they serve the B2B ( hospitals and healthcare institutions ) and the B2C customers ( patients at home ). Total organisation consists of 45000 people.

In this role you are resposible for:

  • Orderadministration;
  • Administration in SalesForce;
  • Recalling stock and make sure stock is being refilled and supplied;
  • Build up strong relationships with internal customers, external suppliers such as GHX, Hospitalis & any relevant IT teams;
  • Analytic support and dashboarding;
  • Setting up transport (on a 2-week or monthly basis).

Together with your collegues you make sure the order process is perfectly executed, and your input about optimization of this proces is expected and will be appreciated.

In this role of Customer Service Representative you will get a permanent contract!

What do we ask of this Customer Service Representative?

For this role of Customer Service Representative we are looking for a kandidate with the following characteristics:

  • MBO+ | HBO level of education/workexperience;
  • A minimal of 3 years of relevant experience in a Customer Service Role | Backoffice Unit | Salessupport;
  • Service oriented, efficient, accurate and capable of dealing with a high stresslevel;
  • Problemsolving, good listening skills and able to hear specific questions or complaints. You combine positive attitude with a business attitude and excellent communication skills;
  • You have knowledge and experience of using the Office System (preferable also knowledge of Salesforce)
  • Speaking and writing fluently in English and Danish;
  • Living in or near Utrecht;
  • 32 - 40 per week available.
