Are you looking for an junior position to develop your technical skills at a fast-growing and international orientated company? At Re-Vision in Waardenburg we are currently looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team.
As Application Support Engineer you will be part of a small team (5fte.) that delivers 2nd and 3rd line support on our in-house developed self-scanning and loyalty systems used by retailers all over the world. Together with your team you will make sure the quality, performance and up-time of our applications is guaranteed.
You will analyse, reproduce and resolve issues and service requests related to the selfscan- and loyalty systems. You will solve issues and requests regarding our applications remotely from our office. Issues and requests regarding the systems or used hardware will be solved together with strategic partners or the customers IT-department.
As an Application Support Engineer you will also make sure new installations and updates of our applications are carefully prepared, tested and documented. You work closely together with our implementation team and other departments. Suggestions to improve our applications and prevent possible problems is highly appreciated.
